In the context of the ‘AGRITECH: National Research Center for Agricultural Technologies’ project within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), which promotes technologies for the sustainable development of agri-food production, I mainly focus on:
• Synthesizing and recovering hydroxyapatite (HA) particles from food by-products, for their use as carriers of agronomically relevant molecules in the field of plant nutrition.
• Functionalizing HA particles with natural biostimulant molecules, such as humic and fulvic acids, and characterizing them from a chemical-physical standpoint.”
