Federica Mancini, a PhD student at ISSMC, attended the national congress of the Italian Biomaterials Society, held in Faenza from July 8 to 10, 2024, and won one of the awards for the best oral presentation. She gave an oral presentation entitled “Fluorescent Carbon Dots from Food Industry By-Products,” where she discussed data collected within the framework of the European project UNAT “Ultra-small Nanohybrids for Advanced Theranostics.”
