“Racconti chimici di economia circolare” event at ISSMC Faenza on March 9, 2023
The event, as part of the celebratory events for the 100th anniversary of the National Research Council and coordinated by the network of CNR DSCTM Institutes, was held simultaneously from March 8 to 11 in 14 Italian cities, involving thousands of students through lectures, seminars, conferences, interactive exhibitions, performances and thematic workshops.
Researchers dialogued with students and teachers from primary to upper secondary schools to explore the issues and challenges of sustainability, ecological transition, energy, green chemistry, circular economy and innovative technologies.
ISSMC in Faenza hosted class 3ES of the Liceo Scientifico Righi high school in Cesena, which carried out the activity “How Resistant is Your Chocolate?” understanding the impact of chocolate’s microstructure on its resistance and consequently on waste and storage methods.
